SW Construction is looking for experienced bricklayers to join our team in Scarborough. If you take pride in precise, durable craftsmanship and enjoy hands-on work — from residential fireplaces to decorative garden walls — we'd love to hear from you.

This is an on-site position with travel required to project locations; remote work is not available.

What You'll Do
Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, and other masonry units
Read blueprints and sketches to estimate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each project
Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials for veneer facing
Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative masonry installations
Construct residential and commercial chimneys and fireplaces
Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to spec using hand and power tools
Restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures
Work safely at heights, on scaffolding, or on swing stages
What We're Looking For
5+ years of masonry experience
Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience
Comfortable with physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, extended standing, and bending/kneeling/crouching
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A reliable team player with a client-focused approach
