What You’ll Do

As a BDR at Haloo, you'll be at the front of the sales engine—turning curiosity into conversations, and conversations into qualified opportunities.

  • Prospect into legal, brand, and innovation teams across industries
  • Write smart, human emails and messages that actually get replies
  • Manage outbound campaigns in HubSpot (we move fast and track everything)
  • Book qualified meetings for our sales team and support smooth hand-offs
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging and targeting
  • Learn the product, the industry, and our customer personas inside and out

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years in a B2B outbound sales or lead generation role (legal tech or SaaS is a bonus!)
  • Clear, confident communicator—whether by email, phone, or video
  • Curious, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a number
  • Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM and sales tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
  • Excited to work in a high-growth, founder-led startup environment
