As part of the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund (DWF) team, the Data & Impact Assistant will support DWF's impact measurement work through data collection, management, and analysis. The Data & Impact Assistant will also support the ongoing development and automation of DWF's database, Salesforce, as well as data entry, clean-up, and general administrative tasks.

Your Responsibilities
Use various platforms, such as Salesforce, to monitor and collect data on DWF key performance indicators for continuous evaluation of all DWF programs, initiatives, and events, including the DWF Fund
Support with Salesforce administration such as user management, maintaining fields, objects, reports, dashboards, workflows, campaigns and other Salesforce functions
Data entry to improve data quality and integrity by merging duplicates, performing imports and updates as required
Assist analysis of DWF's evaluation, business, and operations to determine success and impact
Assist in resolving service requests by all departments to ensure DWF services and system operations remain functional
Work across departments to gather qualitative and quantitative data to understand DWF's impact of reconciliation within stakeholders and Canada
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Strong time management skills with an ability to plan, define measurable objectives, outcomes and meet timelines
Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, internet, and general office equipment
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks consistently and effectively
Demonstrated professionalism and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Knowledge on data regulations, privacy, ethical use of data, data sharing, and access management is considered an asset
Experience with data fundraising software is considered an asset
