Indigenous Executive Assistant

Salary Range $60,000 - $75,000

Our client is not your average Ad Agency, they’re a high-caliber, gutsy team smashing stereotypes and creating impactful campaigns that unite Indigenous and non-Indigenous worlds. As the Executive Assistant to the Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll be the right-hand powerhouse helping amplify our voice, streamline our processes, and keep the team running smooth and in sync.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the Rhythm: Manage the CSO’s schedule with ninja-like precision, ensuring every meeting, event, and deadline flows seamlessly.
- Master the Tools: Use your Canva skills to create polished presentations, reports, and other visually impactful materials that wow stakeholders.
- Own Organization: Manage projects and tasks with Monday.com, keeping everything on track and everyone in sync.
- Coordinate Like a Pro: Act as the central hub for internal and external communications, making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
- Support Strategy: Assist with research, data organization, and preparation of materials that drive big-picture decisions.
- Discretion and confidentiality (you’ll be trusted with sensitive information).
- Stay Ahead: Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep the CSO operating at peak performance.
- Shape the Game Plan: Support in developing Client Scopes of Work (SOWs) that set projects up for success.
- Keep the Numbers Tight: Support the management of the monthly Client Budget Control Reports (BCRs), ensuring every dollar is tracked and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Run a Smooth Operation: Work closely with the CSO on annual and campaign budget planning, no surprises, just strategy.
- Keep the Wheels Turning: Partner with Finance to open and close projects seamlessly, keeping the backend as sharp as the front-end strategy.
- Stay on Top of the Playbook: Monitor job activity and costs like a hawk, flagging any budget shifts before they become surprises.
Who You Are
- A detail-obsessed multitasker with the ability to balance competing priorities effortlessly.
- Experienced with Canva (think more Van Gogh, less Paint-by-Numbers).
- Fluent in Monday.com, making you a project-management whisperer.
- A top-notch communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a step-ahead thinker, you’re the person who spots the potholes before anyone trips.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, keeping up with a bold and irreverent leadership team.
