MAKING AN IMPACT

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns and Product Development, the Specialist, Integrated Campaigns and Product Development role will own and execute the go-to-market plan for national mass campaigns and various product, segment and channel testing integrations to support the Canadian Cancer Society’s five-year growth plan. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Go-to-market campaign planning and execution

  • Work closely with Senior Manager on cross-functional alignment and go-to-market project plan, timelines, readiness and launch execution requirements. 
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Communications and Revenue teams to define target audiences, product offers and full-funnel omnichannel promotion. 
  • Support the development of campaign analysis, project brief (positioning, messaging), kick-off presentations, work-back schedules, defining testing requirements, and hosting weekly project meetings to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and within budget. 

Campaign and product development and launch support

  • Coordinate updates to product documentation and requirements as projects evolve, ensuring accuracy, version control and alignment across teams. 
  • Partner with various cross functional teams on the development of product sell sheets, training decks, product presentations and analysis for new and existing products. 
  • Support product development and testing activities by assisting with the creation, coordination and maintenance of product briefs, product process documentation including all front-end and back-end business processes related to the product experience delivery to the donor.

Post-launch campaign and product development support

  • Work closely with Senior Manager on the post campaign and product launch updates, changes, evaluations (start, stop, continue) and analysis. 
  • Serve as an escalation and coordination point for campaign and product issues and complaints. 
  • Laise with testing, donor care, and channel delivery team on issues/investigations. 
  • Coordinating and assisting with translating post-launch learnings into insights and inputs that support continuous optimization, efficiency and improvement.

Campaign and product lifecycle support

  • Provide recommendations and insights for extensions, reformulations, and discontinuations in partnership with Senior Manager and Director. 
  • Support long-term campaign and product portfolio testing optimization. 
  • Own the accuracy and coordination of product and campaign data across internal/external teams and CRM platforms.
  • Document and refine campaign and product requirements, business processes and change management plans. 

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Senior Manager to identify and foster campaign and product partnership opportunities. 
  • Perform other related duties aligned with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, direct or digital marketing and/or digital fundraising.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with direct, digital, product marketing and/or integrated fundraising campaigns. 
  • Demonstrated experience supporting campaigns and product launches.
  • Excellent project management/coordination, clear verbal and written communication skills; including presentation and facilitation skills. 
  • Experience working in a team environment with proven interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary attributes.
  • Ability to work confidently under pressure to achieve goals, timelines, and refine processes.
  • Strong computer skills, with high level of comfort working in MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of back-end online platforms to extract, analyze and sort data.
  • Working knowledge of CRM. 
  • English is required, French/Bilingualism (French /English) is an asset due to the organization’s nationwide operations.
  • Flexibility to perform other job requirements as assigned.
