As a Project Controls intern, some of your roles and responsibilities may include:

• Weekly report creation
• Timesheet Revisions
• Template creations to integrate into OPG systems
• Review and assignment of work order tasks to projects
• Cost Report analysis and creation including earned value reporting
• Learn to interpret project contract documents
• Participate in internal meetings
• Understand the process and details involved with project scheduling and planning
• Work on regional initiatives with the Project Controls Director including large scale change management planning
• Review timesheets and reports
• Assist with regional process improvements
• Participate in activities in both a traditional office setting as well as off-site jobsite
• Any additional opportunities in related projects to solidify the learning experience
• Additional duties as assigned by Project Controls Director
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• A great attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Available May to August 2026
• Strong academic record with a passion for your field of study
• Previous work or volunteer experience highlighting your attitude, collaboration, and enthusiasm to continually grow
• Completed or pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field, including but not limited to:
  • Accounting / Finance
  • Business / commerce
  • Construction management
  • Information Technology
  • Project management

Expected compensation for this role is a starting pay range between $21-24/hour dependent on education level, skills and experience.
