Our partner and client, Express Scripts Canada, administers on behalf of Health Canada Claims Adjudication. This role entails the completion of tasks to support adjudicating Non-Insured Health Benefit Claims for Indigenous Peoples in Canada.
The role of a Clerical Support Clerk is to perform all administrative tasks required to ensure that the claims processing operation runs smoothly on a daily basis. Clerical Support Clerks are responsible for receiving and sorting of all paper claims that Express Scripts Canada receives through multiple channels such as mail, fax and web as well as managing the storage of all physical claims.
This role contributes to Express-Scripts Canada by meeting our Claims Processing Service Levels which contributes to customer satisfaction and minimizes risk of financial penalties. This job directly contributes to building a higher performance culture and living the values of First Canadian Health and our partner, Express Scripts Canada.
