Join the Physician Health Program (PHP) as a Clinical Coordinator and play a vital role in promoting physician well-being and supporting individuals as they navigate both personal and professional challenges.
Clinical Coordinators are members of the Physician Health Program (PHP), a highly experienced interdisciplinary clinical team, within the broader OMA. As a member of the PHP team, Clinical Coordinators are responsible for the identification, management and coordination of clinical services and psychosocial support for medical students, residents, and physicians. The PHP promotes a professional culture that supports wellness along with the prevention and early identification of health issues for physicians, learners, their families, and workplaces.
Physicians, residents and medical learners contact the PHP services for assistance with a wide variety of challenges. Clinical Coordinators support the physician or learner with their health and wellness needs with the aim of supporting their life goals including those related to medical training and the practice of medicine.
As a Clinical Coordinator and member of the team, you will work and learn in a supportive and engaged clinical team, report to the Director, Clinical Services and be accountable to the PHP Medical Director.
