Employment Type: Temporary (13 Month Contract), Full-Time
Hours & Days of Work: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Location: Our office is located at 340 Gerrard St. E, Toronto, Ontario, however, flexible and hybrid work arrangements are available.

Hiring Range: $80,000-$86,000 annually, plus a competitive benefits and pension plan

About the position:
This position is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of the evaluation strategy at Right To Food. This includes developing theories of change, logic models, programmatic evaluation strategies, and data collection tools, analyzing and interpreting data, and engaging and reporting findings to internal and external (partners, donors) audiences. This role includes overseeing an online evaluation space for partner organizations and supporting Right To Food partners with reports and tools as requested and time allows. The manager supervises one team member, and together they offer a range of knowledge exchange activities, such as training and workshops for the larger Community Food Organization network. The manager works with other teams at Right To Food to respond to needs for evaluation design, research and data analysis and reporting as time allows.
This position ensures that the evaluation strategies and activities at Right To Food are grounded in our Theory of Change, Values as well as our EIRA (Equity, Inclusion, Reconciliation, and Accessibility framework) and RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan).
