The “Eshkiniigjik Naandwechigegamig - A Place for Healing Our Youth" – “Aabiish Gaa Binjibaaying – Where Did We Come From?” is an Indigenous Youth Agency dedicated to providing programming and services to support Indigenous youth in North America. Our mission is to help them become responsible, participating citizens while leading their Indigenous communities.

Under the leadership of Executive Director, the Property Management Coordinator will fulfil the following:
- Maintain accurate records of all ENAGB owned assets such as laptops, furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Track all the assets across all ENAGB locations.
- Obtain quotes and facilitate the purchase of equipment, furnishings, laptops and location specific equipment
- Work with contractors and suppliers to coordinate repairs and installations
- Monitor the condition of all sites and report maintenance needs.
- Schedule and oversee routine health and safety inspections at all locations.
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to site management activities
- Help set up and put together new and future locations
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information.
- Ensuring a team approach.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the ENAGB Youth Program.
- Other related duties as it relates to this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities/site coordination, procurement, or inventory management.
- Must have extensive knowledge of the Indigenous community (Inuit, Metis or First Nation).
- Fluent in an Indigenous language and knowledge of Indigenous cultures is an asset.
- Able to work evenings and weekends, if needed.
- Adequate energy and ability to meet the physical, and mental demands of the job.
- A valid Standard First Aid and CPR.
- Valid Driver's license is a mandatory requirement.
- A positive, fun-loving attitude.
- The ability to work as a team and be self-motivated.
- Cleared Criminal Reference Check (CPIC) and Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSC) is mandatory.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Compensation and Location
- Salary: $30/hr
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
