    About the Role
    The Senior IT Service & Workforce Lead is MGPN's senior technical and supervisory authority during Phase 1. You'll deliver billable client work, supervise small participant cohorts (max 5), approve wage activation readiness, and uphold service quality within a compliance-aware, funder-aligned framework. Reports directly to organizational leadership.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Deliver Tier 1–2 IT support and digital operations services to MGPN clients
    • Supervise small trainee-to-employee cohorts with clear performance benchmarks
    • Provide technical mentorship and conduct formal readiness assessments
    • Approve wage activation decisions and final transition from training to paid employment
    • Ensure documentation meets ISET and funder standards
    • Maintain SOPs, QA workflows, and audit-ready records
    Required
    • 5+ years in IT service delivery, MSP operations, or digital technical support
    • Experience supervising technical staff
    • Strong documentation and quality control discipline
    • Comfort operating in compliance-aware or regulated environments
    Preferred
    • MSP or service desk supervisory experience
    • Exposure to workforce development or training programs
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks or audit-ready environments (ISET, government contracts)
    • Knowledge of or connection to Indigenous communities or Indigenous-led organizations
    Compensation & Environment
    • $31–$36/hr CAD + performance-based incentive potential
    • Full-time, immediate start available
    • Fully remote within Ontario
    • Small, lean founding team — direct accountability, no bureaucracy
