Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship. 

JLL is seeking a Vendor Management Intern based in the Greater Toronto Area who has the proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, be tech savvy, and loves solving problems with data and systems to improve efficiency at the workplace.

AS A VENDOR MANAGEMENT SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:

  • Data verification for building data identifiers
  • Need to create confidence & assurances in the integrity of the data
  • Learn the process on escalations and identify efficiencies and quality of process
  • Create a library of unique nuances of services which can help track issues and provide resolutions on follow ups, and overall vendor performance.
  • Identify Price trending for additional services on Preventative Routine Maintenance
  • Supporting vendor manager with knowledge/training sessions for FM ( creative and fun)
  • This is a great learning platform with exposure to many different aspects of our corporation the person needs to be outgoing and able to work alone as we are not all in one office.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; PowerBI/Tableau, etc.
  • Be Effective at combining creative thinking and logical ideas to develop solutions to challenges
  • Be Innovative at process improvements and automation using Microsoft Excel techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Engaged and proactive
  • Be able to work well independently and collaborate with others
