We’re thrilled to invite you to apply for a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth mental health in Canada!

Applications are now open for the 2025-2026 Jack.org Youth Voice Council— formerly known as the Network Representative program. This is a paid, project-based leadership opportunity for young people aged 18–25 who are ready to share their lived experience and passion for mental health advocacy in a meaningful way.

As a Youth Voice Council member, you’ll collaborate with Jack.org staff and fellow young leaders to inform and co-create our work. Whether you’ve been involved in Jack.org before or are new to the network, your voice and vision matter here.

What you’ll do as a Youth Voice Council member:

  • Work with Jack.org staff and teams on projects aligned with your interests
  • Co-create and shape mental health programming with a youth lens
  • Attend monthly council meetings and collaborate with a small, supportive team
  • Use your lived experience to advocate for inclusive and effective youth mental health initiatives
  • Help build a stronger, more equitable mental health movement

What you’ll get:

  • Hourly compensation of $25/hour (up to $1,200 over the term, including $250 for training)
  • A flexible time commitment of 3–5 hours/month
  • A $150 professional development budget
  • Networking opportunities and experience in youth-led advocacy
  • A chance to make a real impact—and get paid for your expertise
