Job Description:
As part of Digital Business and Technology Solutions, the Chief Technology Office (CTO) provides the strategic infrastructure, and technology services and support to ensure ongoing stability and availability of our systems for our Clients, Advisors and Employees. The Student, CTO Governance Specialist will be part of a team that enables CTO teams to manage risks effectively and appropriately and comply with risk management requirements.
Term Length: 4-months (September - December 2025)
What will you do?
- Help to plan and organize in person and virtual events to support the CTO Governance Education program.
- Help support the Governance team with ongoing communication, including creative content creation and reporting.
- Help facilitate meetings and produce post meeting communications.
What do you need to succeed?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent creative design skills with some working knowledge of video animation (i.e.. Canva, automation of PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to positively collaborate with a variety of people from different teams/with different goals.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet numerous deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative, be creative and work independently.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft business software in particular PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- This opportunity is available to students with a December 2025 or later graduation date
