Mobile Automotive Paint Technician

A skilled and experienced Mobile Automotive Paint Technician to perform
automotive refinishing and paint repair services at various locations. The successful
candidate will work independently in an outdoor, mobile environment and deliver highquality workmanship while providing excellent customer service. 

Key Responsibilities
Perform automotive refinishing, paint repair, and touch-up work on vehicles at
customer sites
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
Mix, match, and adjust automotive paint colours to achieve accurate finishes
Operate and maintain painting tools and equipment safely
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements, including WHMIS guidelines
Interact professionally with customers, explaining services and addressing
questions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mobile work area
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Employment Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of experience in automotive refinishing or auto body
painting
Experience mixing and adjusting paint colours
Customer service and sales experience
WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain; additional safety training provided
Valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
Must be insurable, minimum age is 25.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to communicate effectively in English
